What can you expect when you partner with OCS?
Deliveries

All our drivers have undergone a security clearance through an Australian Federal Police check

All our drivers have their own key entry to many retail optical practices and most wholesale premises

Overnight pick up from the participating wholesale companies

Deliveries to your practice between 8.00 am and 11.30 am the following day

Overnight interstate pick up and delivery the following day

Regular delivery times with a set ‘run’ for optical deliveries only

All goods from participating wholesalers are delivered at one reliable time daily instead of many couriers visiting at various times throughout the day. This allows the retail practice to advise a patient of the exact time they can pick up their new spectacles or contact lenses and assists you to provide a more reliable and convenient service to your patients
Daily Returns

When your optical goods are delivered, our driver will pick up any returns to go back to the wholesalers

Returns will be at the local laboratories by 1.00 pm the same day

Interstate returns will be with the supplier the following day for selected companies

Other Interstate Returns to 80 plus wholesalers, are sent by road twice weekly

This service assists you with any frame credits and contact lens returns
-
Bar coded labels must be used for tracking and five working days should be allowed for these returns

Free bar coded consignment notes are supplied to OCS members
