Q. May I use recycled boxes when I send my returns back?

A. OCS encourages the use of re cycled boxes, clearly labeled with receivers name and address. Please delete all other labels that may be on the box.

Q. How long does it take for a return to go Interstate?

A. Two to three working days. Depending on arrangement, check with the relevant wholesaler.

Q. When do I receive a Statement / Invoice?

A. Monthly

A. Strictly 30 days

Q. Do I need to quote my customer code when I am paying by EFT?

A. Yes, you will find the code on the bottom left hand side of your Statement / Invoice
